- Experience in leading a crew ranging in size from 10 to 25
employees.
- Outgoing with excellent customer service and communication
skills

- HS diploma with the ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Must possess a driver’s license and a clean driving record
for the past three (3) years.
- Ability to use a computer is desirable but not necessary
- Must be a team player that is willing to learn.
- Must be able to adhere to company policy.
- Experience in the interviewing and hiring process.
- Reporting skills are essential for daily operation needs.
- No automotive experience required but a mechanical aptitude is
desirable.
