- HS diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license.
- Understands the need of being a team player.

- Experience in supervising others is desirable.

- Daily reporting relating to operations will be a must.
- Basic computer skills are desirable but not necessary.
- No automotive experience required but a mechanical aptitude is desirable.
